Returns and refunds
Sixty days to be sure.
Every board is built to be played, not admired from a distance. Take the full sixty days to put it under your feet on real gigs. If it is not the right fit, send it back for a full refund. If a part fails, it is replaced free in the same window.

How a return starts
Write to Jared through the contact page with your order number. You get the return address and a note to put in the box. Once it arrives, the refund is issued to the original payment method.
The details in plain words
The refund window runs 60 days from the purchase date on your order confirmation. Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account that paid, once the board is back and checked in.
Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the board arrived damaged or a part failed. In that case the return and the replacement both ship on JG3.
Boards that arrive damaged should be reported within a few days of delivery, with a photo of the box and the board, so the carrier claim can be filed.
Custom finishes and one off builds are covered by the same 60 day window, since nothing here is mass produced.
