What makes it work
Spans the pedals
Wide enough that the pedals sit cleanly underneath, the way a console bench does.
No X brace in the way
Straight folding legs leave the middle open, so nothing blocks the pedals.
Height adjustable
From 25 to 43 inches, so it lines up with a keyboard stand or a fixed console.
Folds flat
15 pounds and a flat fold, easy to carry under one arm with the boards.
